Dalgona Coffee Recipe – How to Make This Viral Whipped Coffee

 Dalgona Coffee is a creamy, frothy coffee drink that became an internet sensation. Made with just four simple ingredients, this coffee is easy to whip up and perfect for coffee lovers!




Ingredients:

2 tablespoons instant coffee


2 tablespoons sugar (white or brown)


2 tablespoons hot water


1 cup milk (hot or cold)


Ice cubes (optional for iced coffee)


Instructions:

Step 1: Whip the Coffee Mixture

In a bowl, add the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water.


Using a hand whisk, electric mixer, or spoon, whisk vigorously for about 3–5 minutes until the mixture becomes thick, fluffy, and light brown in color.


Step 2: Prepare the Milk

Pour cold or warm milk into a glass.


Add ice cubes if making an iced version.


Step 3: Assemble the Dalgona Coffee

Spoon the whipped coffee over the milk.


Gently stir before drinking to mix the flavors.
