Ingredients (Serves 1)
2 slices of bread (white, sourdough, or whole wheat)
2 slices of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
1 tbsp butter (softened)

Instructions
Step 1: Butter the Bread
Spread butter on one side of each bread slice. If using mayonnaise, spread a thin layer on top of the butter for extra crispiness.
Step 2: Assemble the Sandwich
Place one slice of bread butter-side down in a pan.
Add the cheese slices on top.
Place the second slice of bread on top, butter-side up.
