Easy & Healthy Yogurt Parfait Recipe

 A yogurt parfait is a simple, healthy, and delicious snack or breakfast option. With creamy yogurt, crunchy granola, and fresh fruits, it’s a perfect balance of flavors and textures. Best of all, it takes just a few minutes to make!



Ingredients (Serves 1-2)

✳️1 cup Greek yogurt (or any yogurt of choice)

✳️½ cup granola

✳️½ cup fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, or                bananas)

✳️1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

✳️1 tbsp nuts or seeds (optional)


Instructions

Step 1: Layer the Ingredients

✳️In a glass or bowl, add a spoonful of yogurt as the base.

✳️Sprinkle a layer of granola on top.

✳️Add a layer of fresh fruits.

Step 2: Repeat the Layers

✳️Repeat the layers until you reach the top, finishing         with a layer of fruits and a drizzle of honey.

Step 3: Serve and Enjoy!

✳️Eat immediately for a crunchy texture,                or refrigerate  for 15 minutes to let the flavors blend.
